I know it's not going to surprise in the slightest you to learn this, but my introduction to Rokuro-kubi was through a sentai. She was working with a kappa, no less.

I am not surprised at all. I either first saw these in InuYasha or in a Hellboy animation. Either way, wonderfully creepy. :D
